Staff upgraded me to a deluxe room at no charge. Room was clean, comfortable, and large. No noise from outside the hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed was super soft. The hotel had shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer and very nice coffee.

I loved this hotel. The staff made it a wonderful stay. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The shower was amazing and there was plenty of space in the room. Good location, convenient for walking.

When we arrived to the room, we saw a loose electric socket in the closet. In my first review after arriving, I mentioned this. Only a few hours later, it was fixed by an electrician 👍
In general the hotel is in a quiet area and close to the U-bahn so we would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return next time coming to Berlin. Very friendly and professional staff.
