Room very clean, very strategic position near the Tiertgarten.
Very rude and unkind staff at the reception.

Room was excellent and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Only complaint was that my wife found the hairdryer much too hot and was not adjustable; also the bathroom fan did not seem to be working.
