Great location, close to train station with lots of restaurants near by. Staffs were friendly and efficient. We have some issues regarding luggage storage, staff (Tak Ming) was helpful to accommodate our needs.
We enjoy our stay.

Japanese service spirit.

5 minutes away from stations. Tons of food and shops nearby. Great experience with staff, very friendly. Biggest issue was being a tall American in a room designed for smaller people. But not a deal breaker.
