8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Good location. Clean hotel. Staff nice but not knowledgeable about the Memphis area to provide tourist/activity suggestions.
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
What I liked was that the staff was helpful when I checked in. They had problems with the cards that let us in to our room. So for 2 days they had to accompany each and every guest to our rooms. It was the first time that I have seen such a problem in an hotel. They should change the company that provide such a poor service.
