Very clean. Rooms are excellent for big groups. Space might be tight but still doable. The beds are very soft and comfy. Walkable distance to main Shibuya.

Looking for accommodation near Shibuya for a group of 5. This was an excellent choice. Beds comfortable good size wet room and washer/dryer in room. Had WiFi and enough space for personal items. It’s a bit of a club area but never really noticed it. 8 mins walk and at crossing
