Just what we needed for our brief stay in Tokyo: convinient location right next to the station, nice breakfast, clean room, excellent service from the staff. No gimmicks.

Great location right next to shibuya station, clean and nice staff
The bad was a bit too small

I like the fact that it was close to the city centre, the train station and loads of restaurants
Nothing really, I had a great experience

The location was perfect. I made a last-minute reservation and was very lucky to find a room available. Everything was spotlessly clean and exceeded my expectations. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful, especially with arranging my luggage transfer to the airport.
Nothing, everything was great.
