Nice and spacious for being relatively close to the station. Also in a quiet part of Shibuya since it is a bit of a walk from the station to the hotel. Staff was accomodating and changed to the sofa to a bed for our group. Washing machine and dryer combo helped alot with our stay and overall a good stay.
Beds are pretty stiff unless you sleep on the futon of which it is really soft. The bathroom has a weird smell to it that I can't seem to pinpoint where its coming from. The toilet is fullsize but the room for the toilet is so incredibly small that its difficult to move to get onto the seat.
