Arch Rome Suites

Location

Great breakfast, view from the balcony and friendly staff. Great location for exploring the city on foot.

Great room - breakfast was ok, but location was great. It was hard to find because multiple "hotel" like places in same building. Our room had a very small shower. Even though we reserved a room with a terrace, we had no terrace. Also the room was not available at 2 PM check-in time. We had to wait quite a while for them to finish cleaning our room. We were never informed why we didn't get the room with terrace that had been reserved. They were very nice, but the delay in getting to the room almost made us late for our first activity. It was like a hostel but with a private bathroom.

We’d like to sincerely thank everyone at the Arch Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. The communication and willingness to help were wonderful from beginning to end. They arranged our transportation from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the Civitavecchia cruise port, and were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our stay. What really stood out was how personal and genuine the service felt. They treated us almost like family, which is something you don’t expect as much now a days and made the experience that much more special. You can tell they are very proud of their hotel, and understandably so. We also had a beautiful view of Rome and the Pantheon from our balcony. A wonderful stay with wonderful people. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
