The air conditioner didnt work 100% good. That would be my only observation.

I loved the bedsheets and the comfort of the bed and pillows. The room was a bit small but perfect for one person. It has a fridge, coffee and some water packs that were a great feature. I feel very comfortable there and I would definitely return should I need to go back to Brussels.
My only point to be improved is the additional way to check in before to arrive, in order to generate the instructions to get it in the room. the link did not work and I could not pay the local tax there. Being a self serving hotel, that part should be addressed. I contacted a person through whats up who helped me to pay with a new link, however these additional steps in my view should be either avoid or easier.
The above does not change my view that this is a very comfortable hotel and its location is very convenient, same as my recommendation of it.
Kind regards
Carlos
