The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. The AC in one of our rooms was not working and they came up with multiple solutions that pleased all parties. The front desk was very helpful with everything

This hotel is well located a few minutes walk away from Grand Place and central station. Our twin room was quiet, comfy beds, a good shower and Rituals shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and lotion. Breakfast was good for what we wanted - plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt , pastries ,meats and cheeses- we didn't try the hot options. The breakfast room never felt busy on any of the 4 mornings we used it, unlike many hotels.
My only small niggle is that when we used the shower, water escaped everywhere, so had to dry the floor.
Staff were friendly and there is secure luggage srorage
Overall, I would recommend.
