An amazing hotel to stay in Kyoto. Very central to everything we wanted to see. The Italian restaurant onsite is absolutely fabulous!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights. We found it to be an excellent location. Lots of temples in the area. Easy walk to many famous streets (dori's) in Gion. Don't miss Sanjūsangendō temple next to the property. Many other temples close by. Breakfast was excellent. Also has a restaurant on site - I loved their pasta. There is a cozy vegan place just down the road - has very tasty sandwiches.

After a very long travel day we arrived at the hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful after I booked the wrong room. We were upgraded and the room was incredible. We were sad to leave
