There is an osteria on the 5th floor. If you're assigned a room on the 4th floor, be prepared to hear the sound of chairs and tables being dragged across the floor.

The hotel is perfectly located and beautifully decorated in a classic, maximalist style. Just steps from the Ponte vecchio, the windows open for a beautiful view of the Arno. Air conditioned rooms and comfortable beds, and a very helpful and kind front desk. The breakfast is sunny and elegant and the rooftop restaurant is excellent with amazing views. I traveled with a group of 6 (3 double rooms) including 4 very discerning young adults, and we all agreed that this was one of our favorite places that we have stayed.

The property is fantastic in terms of its location and room cleanliness. The breakfast was sufficient to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
However, I must mention that the beds are quite uncomfortable, resembling sleeping on a boxspring.
