Relais Palazzo Taverna

Overall, we had a good stay and felt this hotel offered good value, especially because of its excellent location. It was within easy walking distance of many of Rome's main attractions, and we always felt safe exploring the area. The after-hours check-in process was simple and well organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during the hot weather. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The room could have been cleaner overall, and the shower showed noticeable yellow staining that made it feel a bit dingy. The mattresses seemed quite old and were very firm, and there were a few stains on the bedding. While these issues didn't ruin our stay, addressing them would make the experience better. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a well-located place to stay.

A nice, clean place to stay, and quite convenient to visit some of the major sites.

Very good location. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one upstairs. Very adequate for our needs. Front desk was helpful.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great location to many restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean and quiet
