Hotel is very well maintained and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty options.
My stay was good enough, except for these three issues, which I informed at my check out:
1- The door for the balcony had the latch blocked or locked. It worried me in case of fire.
2- Didn't had hot or even warm water at the shower.
3- Room was very noisy. Felt all the noise from the traffic in front of the Hotel.

It was also convenient and safe across the street the beach and 3 blocks up the boulevard with all its businesses.
