Nice hotel

The room was very comfy, and clean. But it is not well soundproofed, and there was a lot of noise in the corridor at 730…..
otherwise, a good place to stay and very good value

This is a beautiful small hotel only 15 min from The University of Surrey, where I was helping settle my daughter for grad school (we are from New York). We loved the hotel lobby, the pools and hot tub and spa area, and the room was lovely.
I wish the desk staff had provided a list of spa services and let us know about use of the pools (hours and such), we had to google the info. We also would have appreciated a self service coffee and late night snack area on the premises. We arrived late, the restaurant was closed and we ordered food to be delivered.
The decor is so classic and beautiful and the gardens and indoor plants are amazing. I would stay here again when visiting the University.
