Helpful and friendly staff. Clean hotel.
Nice and simple Japanese breakfast.
The room and bathroom were tiny, but we expected that.
The only suggestion may be to have a sign in English for operation of the thermostat (we didn't ask for help, and figured it out eventually).
It was a great stay for our last night before flying home.

Staff were lovely, room clean and functional. Great location near multiple metro lines. Plenty of food options a nd convinces stores near by. Not in an over busy area compares to Shibuya so was not overly noisy. If having breakfast at hotel is a full traditional Japanese cooked breakfast, very tasty but alot of food (I struggled to get through it all)

the staff was friendly and very courteous, we just wish the layout of the room was more convenient, and the bathroom to be larger.

For the price it was exactly what I needed as a solo traveler. Room was small as expected but had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and could communicate in English. Not far from the train and only a 15 minute walk to Tokyo Station.
