Check-in/check-out was easy and the staff helpful. The room was the perfect size for our family and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the room was clean and everything in perfect working order. The breakfast was awesome. We loved the fresh pancake maker and full size yogurt cups. WiFi was available but we were not able to connect using the info on the card. We had to call the front desk. The left-hand elevator needs a little adjustment on decel/stop. Overall a great stay!

Very nice and clean place/rooms, polite people. The hotel is a little off highway 81, not too bad though.

My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed.
I also appreciated the added security. The elevators required a room key for access, which made me feel safe knowing only registered guests could access the guest floors.
Great complimentary breakfast!! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Roanoke area!
