This hotel has some serious issues that management needs to address. It is located at the top of a very steep hill, so if your vehicle doesn’t have good brakes, getting there can be challenging. The access road is confusing because it’s a one-way street with little to no signage, yet the GPS directs guests the wrong way, creating an unnecessary safety concern.
The breakfast was disappointing, but the coffee was by far the worst part. For a hotel, serving a good cup of coffee in the morning is one of the most basic expectations, and they failed to meet it. It’s a small detail that would be easy to improve, yet it significantly affects the overall guest experience.
