Hotel Capital is not a "high-end" hotel, but that doesn't matter. It's safe, conveniently located (Antiguo Cuscatlán area of San Salvador, El Salvador) and economical. Rooms are a tad dreary, but clean and functional. Breakfasts are acceptable. Economical and safe are the key terms!

The room was good, but the elevator was broken and parking lot with no really good access to the building hotel.
