Good Experience

Coming from USA, this was very convenient to get into the hotel within minutes after claiming the baggage, The staff was very helpful to get my luggage into my room which was slightly away from the airport (still walkable). Checkout was also very easy with helpful staff getting it up to arrivals. I am very happy with it and will book again.

It is an excellent hotel for a long layover. Staff and the manager were most accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable! The next morning they delivered to my room a box lunch for my next flight. Highly recommend and would stay there again!!

Everything was perfect. Size of rooms, bathrooms . Everyone is polite. What a difference from previous years. Employees have learnt how to give service . 40 years ago when I left Mumbai and have come home so many times. This time attitude of everyone is improved. I am really impressed with everything. I would recommend if you are just transiting , a little stress if you have to go out and comeback. Metro is very convenient. Getting into a uber is challenging.
Thank you.
