Nice property. Very well situated and quiet. Was pretty clean. Space to park car if you rent one.
A toaster would have been a great option to have! Host was very responsive. Would stay again at this property

The directions to the property were really poor and need improvement!

This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. It is initially hard to see on your first visit (look for the Sapiens sign on Ruta 702) because the group of 3 houses are set 70 meters south of the road and accessed via a thin 1 lane road. The property lot is large, green with lots of plants, and there are lots of birds. My only suggestion is that the owners put AC in the living room (AC is only in the bedrooms) and put more hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom. Communication is via the Expedia app.
