I had an amazing stay here! Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful! Location is very convenient to stores, restaurants and bars. The hotel also has its own rooftop bar! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The balcony is spacious and good for early morning coffee or late evening wind down! I am definitely staying here again when I come back to Puerto Rico!

Very friendly staff, I love the location. Very well maintained facilities. Parking in old san juan will be a challenge though.

Amazing place and location. The staff was great. None of the amenities were open (roof top bar or restaurant) which would have been nice but the location itself next to many things made for it. Recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
