BED BUGS and FLEES, stains of blood on the sheets and full of hair. Not cleaned rooms nor changed bed linens makes it one of my worst experience I had renting an apartment. I wont go in on other details like they hardly give any soap (enough to clean one leg as most). I found hair in both beds. And stains of blood also. Dear Hotels.com The cover photo is not of the rented unit, but a nearby casino. AC was broken, which is significant in Italy in July. Water tap at the sink was not working either. Rather than submitting a bad review, I believe this qualifies for a full refund.
