When I reserved and paid for the room I choose the new part, with pictures and all, but when we checked in we got a completely different room then the one i paid for. The bed was upstairs and everything else downstairs, If I knew that I wouldn't choose this room or hotel. But we had a great week and ice-cream............

Overall, I totally enjoyed my stay at The Ritz Village. While the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful, I thoroughly enjoyed the meals at the restaurant.
