Hi there. The staff were very friendly and helped me a lot to find different things around Hanoi. The breakfasts was awesome. Only the bed could of been upgraded. Too soft. Other than that I'm coming again to Hanoi in a few months and will be staying there again. Close to the old city and lots of things ton do.
Regards Graham

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, several options and delicious. Room was quiet even being in a busy area. Tons of bars and restaurants all around it and a short walk to the lake. Excellent stay.

The highlight is the super friendly staff!! The room size was reasonable (a bit on the older side) and breakfast selection is limited compared to some of the nearby places, but I think overall is appropriate for the price. Location is prime! Super close to other good spots in the old quarter.
