Perfect location to entire Assisi. You’ll be walking a lot but that’s expected. We drove and parked in garage and pushed our luggage up 2 hills. However, if you’re arriving my taxi, they can drop off at steps.
Not a negative, but understand there are no elevators so plan accordingly.
Highly recommend!

Excellent location, easy walk to everywhere and super convenient for arriving and departing. Staff very nice, helpful, friendly and overall so nice.
The rooms were modern, super clean, comfortable bed and pillow with air con that actually works and works well ✅.. I was able to have a great sleep here.
The only thing is no jug or area to get hot water for early morning coffee and tea, otherwise an excellent stay and good value for money. Lovely breakfast with variety and the girls made a very good coffee.
