lovely place, nice rooms and bathrooms. lovely sea view from high floor room although it is alot of stairs to walk up.
Doors use a code to open which is easy to use.
Top floor room did get quite hot and only had one small roof window to open, a fan would be a helpful addition in summer months

There were many steps to climb but our room(11) was clean with a comfy bed and a good shower room. The owners were helpful. Good view of the Abbey lit up at night.
Id go again but not on the Regatta weekend too many drunks shouting in the street.
