Loved the friendly welcome and standard of service. The excellent value evening meal and hearty breakfast. The quiet garden at the front in which to sit. It was a short walk to Mickelgate, Holy Trinity and the city centre

Beautiful little hotel with fantastic friendly staff, breakfast was lovely. Just be aware there's no lifts so if you have restricted mobility ensure you are on ground floor.
