Very basic and the price reflects this. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
OK as a base/place to sleep but the room was extremely small for 4 people.

This was a great stay!!! As a solo female traveller the area was so safe to walk in at night and it’s only 3 minutes walk from the station!! I’d definitely stay here again. Great price and staff were very helpful!

My family and I recently stayed here. 3 days. The front office clerks were very nice and spoke English really well. Even before our check in date, I have communicated with them via Expedia whenever I had any questions. Their response time was awesome. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you for making our stay in Kyōto very enjoyable. Rm 410. 😁

The room was really dark (black out curtains) so it was great for catching up on sleep.
