All staff were helpful and attended to any concerns we had. The only minor inconvenience is the smell from the restroom that would come from the drains. I saw reviews at other hotels also have the same issue. But the water was amazing my family had a great time. There is only a mini fridge in the room which was enough for is to store snacks. Breakfast was good for convenience, but we mainly ate out to enjoy different cuisine.

Rooms were super cute. Swim area was rocky and not nice as other areas of the lagoon. Limited beach chairs. Breakfast very limited and requires creative efforts. We made honey and banana toast.
