Very convenient location. Very minor feedback on the toilet door squeaking when open or close. Other than that all is good.

We thought the breakfast staff at Layered were very kind and helpful. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful.

Great hotel right next to Lotte Mall. Room was quite small but modern and had a nice balcony with a view. The pool and gym are Ok but functional rather than 5*. The staff made us wait at checkout while they checked the room which felt a bit awkward.
