Avis vérifiés à 100 %10 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
The hotel was in a great spot, quiet but near to the old quarter. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much bother for them. The rooms were clean, and well maintained.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was amazing and Anthony helped us a lot
8 / 10Excellent·août 2026
The breakfast was great & good hours it was being served. We had a balcony room and that was really good. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Also good that drinking water was always available.
Some other guests were very noisy at night but this is not the fault of the hotel. The location had some good aspects with easy access to the lakes near West Lake and proximity to things like massage, pedicures etc, but it was a long hot walk to many of the city attractions that tourists want to see. The advertised Massage Spa was actually a taxi ride away so that was not ideal.
