Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel. There are several stairs to climb but the staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage. The rooms are spacious and provide a unique experience away from the busy cities of San Pedro and Panajachel. Alexis cooked us a lovely dinner each night of traditional Guatemala cuisine which was delicious!

The staff was so welcoming and helpful every step of the way, food and drinks on site were delicious and they also helped us book our travel via boat to the different ports. 10/10

staff was amazing, water heater didn't work properly, either way too hot or too cold.
we were the only guest at the hotel for a couple of days and even that the breakfast was included , they couldn't bend the rules to let us eat before they started serving breakfast...
you can only access the hotel by boat, and it is in the less populated area of the lake, making it harder to move around...
