It’s a good hotel in a nice location. However, the air conditioning is not working, so I had to stay in a room with a temperature above 25°C. The TV was also not working, and the cleanliness was average. There is significant noise pollution on the west side of the building. All in all, it’s a good hotel if they address these issues.

I was dropped off but it was difficult to navigate to the front desk unless you're dropped off in front of the main entrance. The facility was definitely dated, and there were a few broken/non-functional items in the room. For example, my TV was not connected (as in the wires were spliced and dangling) and the beside lamp lights did not work. There's also considerable noise from the street even though I was staying on the 7th floor, highlighting a lack of sound proofing in the room. The security made me feel safe. However I was told by my local friend that I should not go west of the hotel because that area is sketchy. The main street is very walkable and very safe.

We were sight seeing most of the day. Room service meals were tasty. Breakfast on the last day was finally buffet style as in the pictures. No TV for two days. Bathroom was leaking. Airport shuttle driver was not helpful with our luggage out of the van. Overall customer service needs improvement as well as housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen staff was wonderful.
