1- staff should be at the front desk if there is any spontaneous question. No one is at the desk.

Wonderful in almost every way, including great location. Check-in, especially for the digitally impaired was difficult and rigid.

Great location, so many restaurants and grocery very close. Easy access to M8 and U2, then anywhere in the city!
Comfortable stay, kitchen facility wss good, double burner stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Only one tiny knife for food prep. Not a lot of kitchen accessories, but it was fine for us!

Excellent apartments. A spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen and dining area. There is also a small balcony with a nice view.
Fully matches the description. Very convenient location — about a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Small shops, cafes, and bakeries are nearby.
The apartment is quiet with good sound insulation, even though some windows face a busy street. Suitable for families with children. Recommended.
