We enjoyed our stay. Most of our time was spent sightseeing but the staff was kind and they managed to get all 3 of our parties close by on one floor. We were grateful.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Matsumoto Castle. Complementary alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks every evening during your stay. The late night meal was offered too late for us so never got to try it. Would have loved if it was available for breakfast. In room washing machine was nice. The spa was very nice after long day of travel and walking. Helpful and kind staff.

Hotel location is good and near both bus and JR station. The staff is helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The onsen is good and it helps relax after the traveling.
