We had a wonderful stay at MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi West! The room was very nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to explore Osaka. We really enjoyed the restaurant and bar as well — both were excellent and added to the overall experience.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The premium 1 bedroom was a great size for our family of 6 and the tatami room made it very special. Staff was so friendly and helpful, and so conveniently located right next to a family mart and walking distance to shops and restaurants. However, the room was truly so dusty we could see particles and dust flying in the air constantly. The corners of the room and edges behind the bunk bed etc were also covered in dustballs.
