Hotel is beautiful with great amenities
Reception staff is so courteous and kind. I was offered late check out as my flight departed late at night.
There’s free ferry transfer to Icon Siam shopping centre.
All the staff that I met were very attentive and helpful.

Exquisite property on fantastic location on river in Bangkok. Best service team - everyone greets you with a smile and is the most helpful hotel staff I've ever come across. Five stars all around.
