I booked the Grand Nikko Sathorn for my father's stay in July 2026, and he had a great time. The room was comfortable, the location on Sathorn Road is excellent, and the staff were very friendly. There was a small issue with the TV mount in his room, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. They even apologized with a generous gift of chocolates, which he really appreciated. Going to stay here myself next time I'm in Bangkok.
