Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around.
The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. The drainage of the bathtub is also super slow, ie draining a bath tub full of water will take at least 15mins.
The service was good. Room cleaning was prompt.
Breakfast was relatively good for the price. It was buffet style with the usual egg station.

The breakfast was terrible, some food were finished at 9.15am, milk was not top up until we asked and not cold for cereal. Traditional kueh were finished too at 9.15am even though bf was till 10am. Last year bf was great but not this time so will not book again.
