Amazing location, and the property is beautiful! A few things to keep in mind: they provide wristbands that are used as your room key, but they aren't very secure. We ended up losing one and had to pay a 500-peso replacement fee. I recommend not wearing it and instead keeping it somewhere safe.
If you're traveling during the rainy season, be aware that the huts could use some maintenance. During one rainy day, we noticed water dripping through the roof. It wasn't enough to get us wet, but the occasional drips were a bit uncomfortable.
Also, there is no TV or mirror in the room, which made it a little inconvenient when getting ready. The pool is nice, but it's small and shallow, so it's better suited for kids than adults.
Other than those minor issues, we had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the property!

We finished our trip in Mexico staying here. While we were there (early August) there had been lots of heavy rain and the town roads were all flooded. However, the hotel area itself was kept immaculately clean. We liked the location. It was nice and quiet but a 10 min walk along the beach and you're in the centre of things if you want to be. We stayed in one of the bungalows. Great accommodation.
