We had an outstanding stay and would absolutely book this property again.Our group of five friends from law school takes an annual reunion trip, and this year’s stay here in New Orleans couldn’t have worked out better. The unit was exactly as advertised and was perfectly suited for five adults. It was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked—including a washer and dryer in the main unit, which was a great bonus for a multi-day trip.The layout is also really well thought out. The property consists of three separate units, each with its own keypad, but they are located close enough together that it still feels cohesive and connected as a group space. It gave us a nice balance of privacy and shared experience.We stayed for three nights and were especially impressed with the location. It’s incredibly convenient—food, bars, and stores are all within easy walking distance, and having a restaurant right on the main floor was a great added perk.The host was fantastic—super accommodating, extremely responsive, and consistently polite throughout the entire process.Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Five stars without hesitation.

My fiance and I rented the 3rd & 4th floors for our wedding. Friends stayed in the Jazz & Bourbon suites while we stayed in - and hosted our wedding in - the 4th floor. Everything could not have been more perfect! It’s a beautiful space and very comfortable. We had all the info we needed, the location is great, with easy walking to Canal and the quarter
