Very clean, friendly staff and walking distance from superdome
Our room was a little warm didn’t seem like the AC was blowing cool air but it was manageable once the sun went down

Breakfast was magnificent. The staff were outstanding, especially the porters and breakfast staff.

Location. Exterior and lobby are nice.
Service was below average and did not meet expectations for the price. It’s the little things that make or break a hotel, and they failed at all of those. Bad coffee. Mediocre bar with inattentive service. Uninformed personnel at the desk. Not replacing bottles of water when room was serviced.
