NewCZ Haeundae Residence

It was a nice location. A restaurant and a convenience store were on the ground floor of the building. It had a big bathroom, wonderful shower and friendly staff. And there were some English instructions on items dealing with courtesy and safety. Also, they have a balcony window that opened. The WiFi met our needs when we were in the room.

There was a 8cm drop into the bathroom. My wife, recovering from knee surgery took a fall going out of the bathroom. I severely stubbed my foot. We ended up putting a trash can in front of the bathroom door as a constant reminder to take extra precaution for this hazard. Other than the beds, the only place to set were a couple very uncomfortable barstool chairs in the small balcony space. This is in the literature but be aware that the induction cooktop and the washer/dryer in the unit are unplugged. You will need to take your laundry to a laundromat down the street. Also, the fitness center and infinity pool on floor 38 are padlocked shut. You do have a very nice conference room on the 4th floor that is available to you. The WiFi here was quite poor though.

The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the bed was quite small, and we had some minor issues with the toilet flush. Overall, our stay was okay, but the hotel felt more like a three-star hotel rather than a four-star one.

This is a nice, modern property, fully equipped. Great location!

Everything else except for 1 room without bed.

A room without proper beds for 3 of my group mates
