Property does not have a grill. Waterfall was advertised to be on 10-5 daily and was only on 1 day, and only after multiple texts to management company.Otherwise, beautiful house, very comfortable for our group. Nice layout of the kitchen, bedrooms, & living areas.

One of the best on any beach! We loved everything about it!

The house is amazing for large groups! Plenty of room for everything! Loved the bonus beach cups, chairs and umbrellas. Definitely could use more kitchen knives and couple casserole baking dishes but the double dishwashers helped. The only negative our stay was on the first day due to the hot water heaters not working and not finding out until after an afternoon on the beach and everyone having to take cold showers that night and following morning. Maintenance attempted to help over the phone that night but he wasn’t able to help us figure it out. We had to wait until mid morning for someone to come to the house. We will definitely keep Searenity at the top of our go to spots!

This is a beautiful beachfront home in a fantastic location and worked well for our group of 6 people. I would not recommend it for the advertised maximum occupancy, as the family room seating is limited for larger groups.Unfortunately, we experienced several significant issues during our stay. The biggest problem was that neither refrigerator was usable when we arrived—one smelled like rotten fish, and the other would not maintain a safe temperature. We reported it on our first day. A repair technician came but was unable to fix the problem, and it wasn't until day three that management delivered a temporary refrigerator. Unfortunately, it was left on the ground level, requiring us to carry food up and down two flights of stairs for the remainder of our stay. The sliding doors also would not lock and could not be repaired so, wooden sticks were provided as a workaround. For a home at this price point, the kitchen was surprisingly under-equipped. The cookware, utensils, towels, pillows, and hair dryer all need updating. Basic supplies were minimal (limited paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, toilet paper, no Kleenex or kitchen counter cleaner), and all of the blankets were left in the laundry room (dryer) instead of on the beds when we arrived. The positives were the beachfront location, wine fridge, beverage center, and responsive management staff. However, the home itself needs maintenance, updated furnishings, and better stocking to justify the premium rental price.
