Staff was friendly and helpful. Common area is small. Refrigerator was full from guests storing big cases of beer during FIFAs final weekend but managed to store a small gift bag that had a couple of can drinks and some snacks. Room was facing the street so could hear the loud mouth people and sirens from first responders. There was no hand soap, shampoo or liquid body soap provided but luckily I brought my own. Unfortunately the elevator was not operating but a staff member assisted me with my carry on bag as I was recovering from a sprained ankle.

What can you say other than you get what you pay for.
Not so clean, not too dirty.
Mattress wasn't very firm, but it wasn't soft either, or maybe those were the bed springs poking through.
Not quiet, but not so noisy.
But where else are you going to stay, near the subway, right where I needed to be, for only $50 a night?
I guess the money I saved gave it enough value that I would 100% stay there again.
3/5 stars on amenities/quality, 5/5 stars for value.
