It is a 3 floor building and luckily we had the ground floor so we didn't need to climb up with the suitcases. it is small but quite well distributed with everything we needed. it is in a quiet area. beds were comfy maybe bit too soft. very clean. near the metro station. it is in ikebukuro so near all other stations and usually just takes few stops. also part of the main green yamanoto line. very reasonable price. There is a family mart just around the corner. Lot of restaurants, shopping area nearby.

As others have mentioned, it is in an area filled with love hotels and there are always couples going in and out of these places which is quite awkward. Other than that, it is a great place to stay and near everything.

Great location, clean and nice extra touches. Staff were exceptional and always reply and try to help. Check in was easy and everything you need is provided.

Nothing much to say negative. Maybe a key to the luggage store instead of padlocks would have been better but such a minor thing. The place was really great.

The apartment was so well kept and the host was so accommodating and my baby was comfortable during our stay. The host was very responsive and helped me with my requests whenever I had one. The beds were big and everything you need was available in the rooms. My family and I were very happy with our choice for the week. It’s so close to everything, the location was fantastic.

Location was great and having 2 bedrooms was fantastic with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was also good & powerful with a place to sit which made the limited space much easier to manage. Being able to login to my Netflix was good.

Being on top floor with a disability was very hard as there was no lift and I was not aware of this. We had luggage and my Walker/wheelchair it was very difficult to say the least. The main area was very cramped (I walked into the side of the fridge bypassing the dining table to get to the door and I'm a petite size 10) and nowhere comfortable to sit which really let the place down. The only comfortable chair in the place was in one of the bedrooms. More thought into the arrangement of & type of furniture used in the small space could have accommodated a much smaller table and 4 comfortable chairs which would greatly benefit clients after a long day out wanting to rest comfortably. For that reason I would not be able to stay at this particular apartment again unless the ground floor unit has comfortable furnishings.
