The house is just one stop from Ikebukuro Station, one of Tokyo’s many city centers, located on the northwestern corner of the Yamanote Loop Line. At the heart of the district stands Ikebukuro Station, a bustling commuter hub served by three subway lines and multiple urban and suburban train lines. The station handles over a million passengers per day, making it one of the busiest railway stations.
You can easily travel anywhere in the city from Ikebukuro. Many tourist attractions, such as Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Tower, and the National Gallery.

The house is located in a very convenient, quiet, and safe residential area of Tokyo. It allows you to easily experience the vibrant city by day, yet the noise and hustle and bustle of city life won’t disturb you at night.
Kita-Ikebukuro Station is just one stop from Ikebukuro Station, which offers the most convenient shopping, dining, and sightseeing options.
Itabashi Station is also an interesting place. It features restaurants serving Italian, French, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisine—including a small ramen alley.
If you enjoy walking, it’s a 20-minute walk to Ikebukuro or Ozuka Station.

The house has three floors with three modern-style bedrooms, one Japanese-style bedroom, one living room, balconies, one bathroom (bathtub and shower), 2 restrooms, a powder room, and plenty of storage space.
The house is best suited for 4–8 adults. Maximum occupancy is 11 people. Each modern-style bedroom has one full-size bed (W=1.4m), and the living room has one full-size sofa bed (W=1.4m). One three-quarter bed (W=1.2m) in the Japanese-style bedroom.It, making it ideal for a few couples, families, or groups of 4–12 friends or coworkers, and so on.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available. If you’d like to guarantee an extremely early check-in (such as 7–9 a.m.) or a late check-out (such as 8–10 p.m.) due to your flight schedule, etc., please feel free to book an extra night to ensure it’s possible.
