The unit was close to the train station and to local shops and food venues. It was fairly easy to find. It was in a more residential area amongst other apartment blocks
It was smaller than I had thought it would be. It had no table or sofa etc to sit on, just some bar stools and a bench attached to the wall. The venue doesn't have an elevator and the staircase is narrow and it was difficult to get our luggage up to the 4th floor.

Really appreciated the detailed instructions about how to get to the flat and how to use everything once there.
Beds in the main bedroom were a good size.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, with a convenience store nearby. The washer-dryer was especially useful during our trip. Not in the center of Ikebukuro, but Otsuka Station is on the JR Yamanote Line, so getting around was easy. Would definitely recommend!
If the apartment can provide a small sofa or chairs with backrests should be better.

It was spotless, comfortable beds and a brilliant shower. Also great having a washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, shampoo conditioner and body soap and toothpaste. Had everything we needed.
