Ismail and Sabri were wonderful hosts. We stayed at the 10th floor with great views of the city. The location was 5 minutes to Galata tower. Our room was cleaned daily. The building and facilities looked newly built. Also the bathroom had the a great walk in shower. I even swam in the small pool they had.
There was a telephone in the room that was blinking at night and I had to find something to cover it every night because I couldn’t get rid of the blinking by pressing its buttons.

Very cozy and clean hotel, and location is perfect!! Everything is close by, so many nice places in a walking distance.
All staff are very nice and always there to help. Special thanks to Sena and Sabri!! Thank you for taking good care of us :)

The staff especially at break were extremely friendly and beyond attentive. Oze was amazing.
No staff were at the spa, it would have been nice to someone to talk through the facilities.
